International experience on innovative start-up programs and improvement of labor productivity and lessons for Vietnam

Abstract

     The 4.0 industrial revolution is taking place with outstanding technologies. In that context, many countries have promoted the implementation of innovative Start-up programs and improved labor productivity by establishing a Network of Innovation Centers to connect innovation centers. Various domestic creations with the purpose of: Bringing businesses operating in the same field to the same area; Promote the number of quality startups; Providing consulting services and supporting cooperation activities between research and training units and businesses... This article analyzes the experience of building and developing innovation centers and improving labor productivity of some countries around the world, thereby proposing some solutions to effectively implement innovation and start-up programs. Improve labor productivity for Vietnamese businesses today.
