    The Communist Party of Vietnam takes Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's ideology as its ideological foundation. Over the past 90 years, under the Party's leadership, the Vietnamese revolution has won many victories. That achievement is a testament to the correctness, science, and revolution of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought. That is why the Party's ideological foundation is always undermined by hostile forces. Protecting the Party's ideological foundation has become a vital issue for the Party's existence and development, and is the responsibility of the entire nation.
