    Nowadays, the authorities at all levels have been trying to reform in administration, the office culture is concerned by all classes in the society. We can easily recognize that office culture is a specific form of social culture. It includes the total values, standards, and behaviors in office activities that the members of the workplace accept and obey to conduct each others in their office and in society. In this article, we will clarify what is the concept of office culture? Why should we set office culture up? What should we focus in establishing the office culture?
