Training high quality human resources in financial banking industry to meet digital transformation requirements

Abstract

    Banking and Finance is a major that is always ranked in the Top of the fields that candidates pay special attention  when applying for selection in university entrance exams. Currently, most of the university training  institutions in the country organize this field. Even, not only training at the university level, but many schools have expanded to post - university to meet the requirements of society. The article discusses the current status of training in Banking and Finance  at the current university training  institutions in Vietnam, and also gives some recommendations for training activities in Banking and Finance sector  in the context of globalization and meet the requirements of digital transformation
