TO EVALUATE RESULTS OF TAKE CARE IN PATIENT AFTER ENDOLARYNGEALPHONOMICROSURGERY OF BENIGN LARYNGEAL TURMORS AT OTORHINOLARYNGOLOGY DEPARTMENT - THAI NGUYEN GENERAL HOSPITAL

Abstract

Objectives: To evaluate results of take care in patient after endolaryngeal phonomicrosurgery of benign laryngeal tumors at otorhinolaryngology departmentThai Nguyen General Hospital 2017. Method: Prospective descriptive method with clinical intervention. Result: The percentage of patients with correct understanding of the disease and the regimen of postoperative care increased markedly after consultation with the nurse. The rate of correct diagnosis of the disease increased from8.77% to 89.47%; Patients’ perceptions of postoperative survival increased from 7.02% to 96.49%. The proportion of patients who are properly aware of the degree of disease increases from 85.96% to 92.98%. 98.25% of patients complied with postoperative care procedures. 98.25% of patients recover well and well after surgery. 100% of the patients were satisfied with the nursing care process. Conclusions: Results of take care in patient after endolaryngeal phonomicrosurgery of benign laryngeal tumors was good.
