SURVEY ON SATISFACTION OF ON-DEMAND TRAINING STAFF AT HANOI OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY HOSPITAL

Abstract

Objectives: Describe the satisfaction and related factors of on demand training staff at Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital . Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study, data from 232 on demand training staff participating on the on demand training courses at Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from September 2021 to March 2022. Results: The rate of satisfaction of on demand training staff about the courses at Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology hospital was 55.6%. The study’s finding also indicated the statistically significant relationships between the training program, the teaching staff, the learning materials and the course conclusion with the overall satisfaction of the course (p<0,01). Conclusions: On demand training staff’s satisfaction is rated at medium level. Thus, in order to improve on demand traning staff’s satisfaction, the Training and Directing Center of Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital needs to focus on the solutions such as design training programs that suitable with the needs of learners , to improve the quality and teaching methods of the teaching staff, to invest in facilities for teaching and practices.
