Objectives: Describe the quality of life of type 2 diabetes patients treated as outpatients at Tay Nguyen Regional General Hospital. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study using the WHOQOL-BREF toolkit to evaluate 323 type 2 diabetes patients treated as outpatients at Tay Nguyen Regional General Hospital from March 11, 2024 to May 31, 2024 . Results:The average score in the field of physical health were: 92.64 ± 13.43. The average score in the field of psychological health were: 83.91 ± 15.19. The average score in the field of health and social relationships is: 43.90 ± 10.39; The average score in the field of environmental health were: 113.72 ± 23.06; The average quality of life score were: 69.62 ± 10.85. Conclusion: The quality of life of type 2 diabetes patients treated as outpatients at Tay Nguyen Regional General Hospital is high and average, accounting for 57.3% and 42.7%, respectively low life quality were 0%
