Satisfaction with the clinical practice environment of nursing students of Dai Nam University in 2024

Abstract
Objective: Describe the satisfaction with the clinical practice environment of nursing students at Dai Nam University in 2024. Methodology: A cross-sectional descriptive study was implemented among 135 nursing students of Dai Nam University from January to March 2024, using the Vietnamese version of the Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher Scale (CLES+T scale) . Results: The average score of students’ satifaction with the clinical practice environment was quite high (4.18 ± 0.404), the average score of all elements of the scale was above 4 (from 4.12 - 4.22), in which the highest average satisfaction score was the Role of Clinical Instructor (4.22 ± 0.47), the lowest average satisfaction score was Satisfaction with the Clinical Pedagogical Environment (4.12 ± 0.46). Conclusions: The average level of student satisfaction with the clinical practice environment is quite high
