Patients were satisfied with the team-care activities. However, the proportion of medical staff who did not understand the patient’s condition to report to the team did not understand the risks and complications of the patient. The level of confidence of medical staff participating in the team care model was low (8%). About 98% of doctors did not give comments to the team; 96% only read the patient’s name through communication when going to the ward. 20.9 to 28% of patients have not been fully advised on regulations, obligations, and ward order.
