Academic results and feedback on some learning-related factors of fourth-year full-time undergraduate nursing students at Nam Dinh University of Nursing in the academic year 2023 – 2024

Abstract
Objective: To describe the academic results of semester 1 and feedback on some relevant factors of fourth-year full-time undergraduate nursing students at Nam Dinh University of Nursing 2023 – 2024. Methods: The cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted with 575 fourth-year students, 16 full-time students participating in the final exam of the 1st semester of the 2023–2024 academic year. The 5-level Likert scale is designed with a number of factors in mind regarding training and student academic performance. Results: Factors from the student side, including learning motivation factors, learning method factors, and student motivation factors, the majority of students agreed and completely agreed with over 90%. The majority of students answered in agreement and completely agreed (> 90%): Lecturers regularly evaluate during the teaching process, regularly give feedback on assessment results during the learning process, regularly mold after each student’s assessment results, serious, fair and objective end-of-term assessment; The school’s facilities are fully equipped to serve learning. Conclusions: This study provides evidence of the role of learning motivation, faculty support, and facilities in nursing student academic outcomes.
