Patient satisfaction with medical examination services at Uong Bi city medical Center, Quang Ninh province in 2023

Abstract

Objectives: Describe the satisfaction of patients for medical examination services at Uong Bi City Health Center, Quang Ninh Province in 2023. Subjects and research methods: Using the research method Description Description conducted on 384 patients who come to medical examination and treatment at Uong Bi City Health Center, Quang Ninh Province from August to 2023. Results: Patients’ satisfaction of access to 91.9%, information transparency and medical procedures reached 90.6%, facilities and vehicles serving the patient reached 83.9%, the behavioral attitude, professional capacity of healthcare staff reached 97.7%, the service provision results of health workers reached 95.8%. Conclusion: Most patients are satisfied with the medical service at Uong Bi City Medical Center
