ALUMNI FEEDBACK ON UNDERGRADUATE NURSING PROGRAM AT NAM DINH UNIVERSITY OF NURSING IN 2018

Abstract

Objective: To describe alumni feedback on undergraduate nursing program at Nam Dinh University of Nursing in 2018. Method: Cross-sectional study on 489 research subjects who are alumni of Regular Nursing University Course 10 of Nam Dinh Nursing University from November 2018 to the end of May 2019. Results: Nearly 90% of alumni University of Regular Nursing course 10 after graduation feel satisfied with the goals and content of the training program provided in the course. Over 90% of alumni agreed with the content and knowledge distribution of the training program: The specialized modules with high acceptance rate> 90% with the medium score varied from 4,25 to 4,58, General education modules have the acceptance rate from 80 - 90%. Conclusion: The nursing program at university level of Nam Dinh University of Nursing is highly satisfied by alumni.
