ASSESSMENT THE SATISFACTION OF NUTRITIONAL CARE OF INPATIENTS AT NGHE AN REHABILITATION HOSPITAL IN 2021

Abstract

Objective: To describe the satisfaction of nutritional care of inpatients at Nghe An Rehabilitation Hospital in 2021. Method: A cross-sectional descriptive study. Direct interview on satisfaction of nutritional care of 326 inpatients treated at Nghe An Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2021to June 2021 using a questionnaire on satisfaction with nutritional care. Results: 85.9% of patients are satisfied with the facilities; 79.8% satisfied with communication and behavior of employees; 77.9% satisfied with food quality and processing; 100% satisfied with the cost of nutrition services; 70.9% satisfied with nutritional care. Conclusion: Most of the patients are satisfied with the hospital’s nutritional care.
