FACTORS AFFECTING THE SATISFACTION OF NURSING LEARNERS WITH TRAINING ACTIVITIES OF HANOI OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY HOSPITAL

Abstract

Objectives: Understanding some factors affecting the satisfaction of nursing leaners for training activities of Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in 2022. Subjects and methods: The cross-sectional study design will be carried out in 2022 on 199 nursing learners (including full-time students and continuing training students) studying at Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital. The questionnaire to assess student satisfaction was developed by the author based on the ISO:9001 process questionnaire of the Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and the SEEQ questionnaire. Using direct interview method to collect research data. Results: 04 factors were identified related to student satisfaction, including: Lecturers; Education program; Work environment; Evaluate the learning process. The regression equation predicting the variation of overall satisfaction with the course based on the above 04 independent variables has the form: Y = 1.077 + 0.341*X1 + 0.137*X2 + 0.134*X3 + 0.112*X.4. However, these independent variables only explain 57.5% of the variation in overall satisfaction with the course. Conclusion: This research can be used to design intervention programs to improve nursing learners’ satisfaction. In addition, it is necessary to continue studying other factors that affect the satisfaction of nursing learners
