Satisfaction with the clinical practice environment among nursing students of Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy

Abstract
Objectives: To determine the satisfaction level of nursing students of Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy with the clinical practice environment in 2023. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 131 third and fourth-year nursing students using the CLES+T questionnaires for the Vietnamese version. Results: Average scores of student nursing satisfaction with the clinical pedagogical environment, the leadership style of faculty management, nursing care in the clinical department, the relationship with the instructor, and the role of the instructor are 3.84, 3.92, 4.16, 4.23, and 4.18, respectively. Conclusion: Nursing students are satisfied with the clinical practice environment at a relatively high level. Therefore, administrators and clinical educators should continue to be concerned and orient the development of an appropriate clinical practice environment that satisfies the increasing learning demand of nursing students.
