Abstract
Studying the effects of some organic foliar fertilizers on the growth, yield and economic efficiency of F1 Kim Hoang Hau hybrid muskmelon variety in a sheltered house in Lam Son Hi-tech Agricultural zone, Thanh Hoa province. The experiments consisted of 4 treatments, 4 replicates, randomized block design (RCBD), in the Spring-Summer crop, 2022. The treatment CT1 (Control): Water spray; The treatment CT2: Seaweed mineral organic foliar fertilizer; The treatment CT3: High-grade organic fertilizer HLC 16; The treatment CT4: Comcat from A to Z. The result showed that in the Spring-Summer crop of 2022, the treatment CT3 (High-grade organic fertilizer HLC16) achieved total growing time (76 days), the plant height (229.30 cm/ the main stem), the number of leaves (24.3 leaves/the main stem), number of pollinated flowers (5,2 flowers/plant), number of the male flowers (18.2), number of pods (2.3 fruits/plant) and fruit set ratio (2.3 fruits/tree), fruit weight (1.81 kg/fruit), individual yield (1.81 kg/tree), theoretical yield (36.2 tons/ha), actual yield (28.96 tons/ha), commercial yield (24.62 tons/ha) reached the highest, followed by the treatment CT4, CT2 and the lowest index were the treatment CT1 (control-spray water). The treatment CT3 obtained the highest total net profit and MBCR of 14.5. Therefore, it is recommended to apply the fertilizer of high-grade organic fertilizer HLC 16 (the treatment CT3 ) for the production of F1 Kim Hoang Hau hybrid muskmelon in a sheltered house.
