THE VIETNAMESE COMMUNIST PARTY’S VIEWPOINT ON AGRICULTURE, FARMERS, RURAL AREAS IN THE INNOVATION PERIOD

Abstract

In the process of innovation, our Party has always placed agriculture, farmers and rural areas in an important strategic position, considering it a basis and force for sustainable socio-economic development, political stability, national security and defense and international integration. The article analyzes and clarifies the views of the Communist Party of Vietnam on agriculture, farmers and rural areas during the innovation period, from which to point out some noticeable issues in agriculture, farmers, rural Vietnam today.
