HO CHI MINH’ STRATEGIES FOR DEVELOPING NATIONAL CULTURE AND THE APPLICATION OF VIETNAMESE COMMUNIST PARTY

Abstract

During his time, Ho Chi Minh always paid attention to culture. Based on fine
tradition of our national cultures; acquiring, refining Eastern and Oriental cultural
quintessence, Marxist cultures, Ho Chi Minh built the theory of culture step by step. The
article focuses on clarifying Ho Chi Minh’ strategies for cultural development and the
application of Vietnamese Communist Party throughout different revolutional periods.
