SOLUTIONS TO INCREASE THE BALANCE BETWEEN LEARNING AND PART-TIME JOBS OF STUDENTS AT HONG DUC UNIVERSITY

Abstract

Part-time jobs are important to students. By the research, the authors showed some limitations that cause imbalance between learning and part-time jobs of Hong Duc University students, suggesting some solutions to tackle those problems. Especially, students should pay attention to part-time jobs which are very close their trained majors. They should take the initiative and be active in participating in the employment support activities for students.
