Abstract

This article deals with the effects of substrates added with some probiotic productions on the growth, development of rice seedling Thien Uu 8 variety planted at Lam Son Sugar Cane Joint Stock Coporation, Thanh Hoa, The experiment was designed in randomized complete block (RCBD) with 4 treatments and 3 replicates in  Spring crop 2018: 1) Treatment 1 (control): 70% Basalt soil + 30% SAWDUST  +0,9kg Ure/m3 subtrates + 12kg supe phosphate/m3 substrates + 1,3kg KCl/m3 substrates.; 2) Treatment 2: 50% Basalt soil + 17,5% straw+ 17,5% Bagasse mud + 10% Peat + 5% Cow dung + probiotics AT Bio-Decomposer; 3) Treatment 3: 50% Basalt soil + 17,5% straw+ 17,5% Bagasse mud + 10% Peat + 5% Cow dung + Trichoderma probiotic production; 4) Treatment 4: 50% Basalt soil + 17,5% straw+ 17,5% Bagasse mud + 10% Peat + 5% Cow dung + EM probiotic production. The results showed that the substrates contented 50% Basalt soil + 17,5% straw+ 17,5 % Bagasse mud + 10% Peat + 5% Cow dung + Trichoderma (Formula CT3) probiotic product was suitable for the growth and development of rice seedling Thiên Ưu 8 variety to have the highest tolerability and good quality.
