Abstract
The effects of substrates was added some probiotic productions on the growth, development, yield and economic efficiency of Kim Hoang Hau Muskmelon variety planted in greenhouse at hi-tech agriculture area, Lam Son Sugar cane Joint stock coporation, Thanh Hoa, The experiment was designed in randomize complete block (RCBD) with 4 treatments and 3 replicates in Spring-Summer season 2018: 1) Treatment 1 (control): 50% surface soil + 50% coir + Probiotic production of AT and Ketomium; 2) Treatment 2: 30% Straw + 30% Bagasse mud + 25% Peat + 15% Cow dung + AT probiotic production; 3) Treatment 3: 30% Straw + 30% Bagasse mud + 25% Peat + 15% Cow dung + Trichoderma probiotic production; 4) Treatment 4: 30% Straw + 30% Bagasse mud + 25% Peat + 15% Cow dung + EM probiotic production. The results showed that the substrates contented 30% Straw + 30% Bagasse mud + 25% Peat + 15% Cow dung + Trichoderma probiotic production was suitable for the growth and development of Kim Hoang Hau Muskmelon variety had highest tolerability, highest theoretical yield, highest real yield, achieving 28.6 ton/ha, highest profits with 509 million dong/ha.
