Abstract
The lecturer is a determining factor in the quality of education, training, development of each university. Over the years, the management of training activities and fostering the lecturer at Hong Duc University has achieved many positive results; however, there are still quite a few limitations. The paper analyzes the current situation and proposes some solutions to improve the quality of training and retraining lecturers at Hong Duc University nowadays.
