RESEARCH ON THE EFFECT OF POTASSIUM DOSAGE AND PLANTING TIME TO THE GROWTH AND YIELD OF RICE VARIETY THANH HUONG IN SPRING SEASON 2020 IN TRIEU SON DISTRICT, THANH HOA PROVINCE

Abstract

The result of research shows that in the Spring crop, Thanh Huong rice variety was
used at a rate of 90 - 110 kg K2O/ha on the basis of 10 tons of manure + 100 kg N + 90 kg
P2O5 for 1 hectare, planting season 2 (January, 10) for maximum productivity and efficiency.
The maximum level of technical fertilizer in different growing seasons was 130 kg K2O/ha,
the yield increased from 18.61 to 20.52 quintals/ha compared to no potassium fertilizer on
10 tons of manure + 100 kg. N + 90 kg P2O5. However, the optimal level of economic
fertilizer was the highest fertilizer level of 90 - 110 kg K2O /ha for all 3 seasons, the yield of
1 kg K2O was from 16.65 - 18.75 kg of paddy/1kg K2O.
