Education quality survey of universities in Khanh Hoa in students’ awareness

Abstract

Up to now, there have been many studies on the university’s brand image, but the nature and brand attributes of each university will not be the same. So, this article will education quality survey of Universities in the minds of learners with other universities in the Khanh Hoa area. The methodology is done through two surveys: (1) the exploratory qualitative study conducted at Nha Trang University according to the direct interview method; (2) results quality survey from 05 universities in Khanh Hoa. The results confirm that in the minds of learners, Nha Trang University and Communication University have the No. 01 and No. 02 positions, respectively, leading completely in all 05 attributes. Khanh Hoa University and Ton Duc Thang University take the lead in two attributes, respectively, Features and Facilities. The University of the Pacific is rated the lowest compared to the brand image of the remaining 04 universities. From this result, it is possible to help the University marketing managers give these solutions to position and develop the University brand image in the minds of learners.
