Factors affecting quality of E-learning at universities in the context of Covid-19: Case study of Da Nang City

Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has put pressure on the education industry, but it also creates opportunities and impetus for the education industry to approach the trend of digital transformation. Currently, universities are choosing online learning methods to ensure safety and initiative in the current context. This study aims to determine the factors affecting the quality of E-learning during Covid-19 pandemic. The regression analysis results from a survey of 424 students at several universities in the city of Da Nang showed that 06 factors included: (1) Course design; (2) Course content; (3) Lecturer characteristics; (4) Student characteristics; (5) Technolgy support; (6) Learning conditions. The analysis results will suggest some orientations for lecturer, student and university to enhance the quality of E-learning.
