Factors affecting students satisfaction about the quality of E-learning at the Faculty of Foreign Languages – Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City in the context of Covid-19

Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the factors affecting student satisfaction about the quality of E-learning at the Faculty of Foreign Languages - Ho Chi Minh University of Banking. From 205 collected samples, the research model is tested and the results show that there are three factors that affect the satisfaction about the quality of E-learning in the context of Covid-19: lecturers, learning conditions and learning platforms. In which, the factor of learning conditions has the strongest influence, followed by the factor of the lecturer, and finally the factor of learning platforms. On that basis, the study proposes some administrative implications to improve student satisfaction about the quality of E-learning.
