The difference in support services among Vietnamese universities

Abstract
This research was implemented to compare the difference in the level of satisfaction between university students in Vietnam for the components of the support service provided by the universities. Research results show a difference in the level of satisfaction of components such as library services, catering services, financial support, support from departments, and extracurricular activities. Research methods used in this study are T-Test inspection, one-way ANOVA. Participants of questionnaires include 1,687 students studying at universities in big cities (Hanoi, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, and Ho Chi Minh) in Vietnam. The research results show the difference due to the type of university (public, private) and geographic area (northern, central, and southern areas) in the satisfaction level of support services.
