Perceptions about career adaptation of Social work students at Quy Nhon University

Abstract
Based on the survey results of 95 students of Social work major at Quy Nhon University, the article shows that the majority of students majoring in Social work have correct and complete awareness of career adaptation (including the importance of career adaptation, the concept of career adaptation, characteristics of career adaptation, manifestation of career adaptation, reasons for students not to adapt to careers). However, research evidence also shows that some students have vague and incorrect perceptions about job adaptation, mainly in the expressions of professional mood, knowledge content, professional skills, and learning methods.
