Abstract

Competency-based education is an educational trend that has proven its humanity and effectiveness in practice. The article is based on theoretical research and experience from countries on the competency-based preschool education program; requirements on comprehensive conditions, especially the capacity of the team to meet the implementation of the competency-based program; building and using the competency framework for preschool teachers, thereby making recommendations for the orientation of building the competency framework for preschool teachers in Vietnam.
