Teaching competence framework for young teacher in highschools as rewquiret by educationl renewal

Abstract
In spite of receiving professional knowledge, skills and competence from teacher-training institutions, a great number of highschool teachers have still disclosed certain limitations in their teaching competence so far when beginning their teaching profession. Recently, a lot of studies of teaching competence have been made but not much attention was paid to studying the teaching competence of young beginning teachers independently. Originating from the characteristics, tasks and requirements of the teaching competence for young teachers during their probation period, basing on the teaching competence structure model for teachers as well as the needs of our existing educational renewal, we establish a teaching competence framework for young beginning teachers. To have scientific arguments and foundations for this framework, we try to focus on two main contents: 1. Some basic foundations to build a teaching competence framework for young teachers in highschool teachers; 2. The teaching competence framework for young teachers needed by general education renewal.
