Abstract

The article mentions the situation of the development of the contingent of administrators in elementary schools in Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh City. Survey’s results show that: the leadership of competent authorities, planning, training, retraining, appointment, re-appointment, rotation, transfer and dismissal of staff development managements are focused; The inspection, evaluation and implementation of remuneration policies and policies motivated the management team have many positive changes; Conditions on facilities and equipment are increasingly spacious and modern; Cooperation activities, links, exchanges of experience exchange have made certain changes. However, the planning, training and retraining of the adjacent management officials are still inadequate. The appointment, reappointment, rotation, transfer, dismissal and inspection and evaluation activities of the management staff are sometimes not good.
