Alvin Toffler’s educational viewpoint and its meaning for human resource education and training in Vietnam today

Abstract

Alvin Toffler is an American futurist who made predictions about the future at a global level. Regarding the education, he believed that it is necessary to create a revolution in education, eliminate the education of the industrial era, renew goals, program content and educational methods in order to equip learners with knowledge, intellectual development and a system of adaptive skills. In this article, the authors took an insight into the system of A. Toffler’s educational viewpoint and clarified its implications for human resource education and training in Vietnam today.
