Implementing the theory of multiple intelligences on classroom management mission at high school with developing learners’ competencies orientation aims

Abstract
The theory of multiple intelligences was a great achievement of psychology at the end 20th century. It has been applied in education activities and not only brings about a humane perspective which respects the intellectual diversity of each students but also helps the students glorify, succeed and confidently step on their own ability. Vietnamese education aim is “to comprehensively develop and promote the best of potentials and creativity of each individual”... Therefore, it is necessary to implement the theory of multiple intelligences in education to advance the inherent potential of each individual. The classroom management is a special education management activity which has great influence of the consequences of the teaching education. In this article, I would like to propose measures to apply the multi intellectual theory in the innovation of class management activity at high school. The results proclaims proves the science and effectiveness of education management reform, promote the ability of the leaners. Thereby, it creates a humane and modern educational environment.
