Abstract

Lesson design is the first step of teaching, it orients all teaching and learning activities. Lesson design helps teachers to visualize the overall progress of the lesson, prepare optimal solutions for each lesson, and at the same time, motivate and inspire learners to improve the quality of learning. Based on the analysis of lessons in the content of training chapters of engineering disciplines, this study specifies the characteristics and requirements of teaching for various types of theoretical lessons and designs theoretical lessons in order to provide theoretical basis and orientation for teachers to innovate teaching methods.
