Some applications of Lagrange interpolation polynomials in practice

Abstract

In this paper, we use Lagrange interpolation method to solve some problems in Agriculture and Health in Vietnam. The data used in this paper are extracted from the data of the General Statistics Office of Vietnam. The Lagrange interpolation method is a good model for forecasting agricultural production as well as the correlation between the number of doctors and the number of hospital beds in medical facilities in Vietnam.
