SATISFACTION LEVEL OF DOMESTIC TOURISTS WITH THE NGU HANH SON SCENIC DESTINATION OF DA NANG CITY

Abstract

The article focuses on analyzing andevaluating the level of satisfaction of domestictourists at Ngu Hanh Son scenic destination in DaNang City based on a 5-level Likert scale (from 1 -Completely unsatisfied to 5 – Completelysatisfied). Tourist satisfaction with the quality oftourism services at Ngu Hanh Son was assessed by24 individual indicators grouped into 6 factorsincluding environmental landscape, infrastructure,the destination's tourism products, human factors,safe security, and prices of services. Researchshows that the Ngu Hanh Son Scenic has receivedsatisfaction from tourists, with an average score of4.22, in which the rating of tourists to Ngu HanhHanh Son has the highest score of 4.44 for theenvironmental landscape factor and the lowestscore of 3.9 for the destination's tourism productsfactor. Based on the research results, the articleproposes some solutions to further improve thelevel of tourist satisfaction at the Ngu Hanh Sondestination.
