Assessment effects of factors on visitor satisfaction in Binh Dinh through linear regression model

Abstract

This article presents the results of assessment and analysis of the influence of 6 factors: Tourism resources, infrastructure, transportation, accommodation facilities, service prices, and guiders to tourist satisfaction in Binh Dinh province. The study surveyed the satisfaction level of 209 visitors in Binh Dinh from April 2021 to May 2021, analyzing based on exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and building a linear regression model. The article is the scientific basis for proposing policies to enhance visitor satisfaction and increase the position of tourism in Binh Dinh province.
