THE NATURAL BODY IN VIETNAMESE LYRICAL POETRY FROM POST-1986

Abstract

The body is the place of affirmation forhuman existence as a part of nature. The formingand growing process of the body is attached to thenatural world. The body is influenced by natureand, in return, has an impact on nature whileexisting. Vietnamese poetry after 1986 dignifiesthe body's liberation. In terms of the natural bodyin poetry of this period, the body and nature seemto blur the boundaries between them, merging intoone, causing the body's feelings liberated to themaximum extent. Using comparison and statisticsmethods, the author partly pointed out thedifferences in the expression of the natural body inmedieval and modern poetry and the innovation ofmodern Vietnamese poetry after 1986
