Abstract

    The Vietnamese administrative documents always aim to implement well thenormative information function of the State in order to concretize the direction,transactions, and exchanges... of the common tasks among the mass organizations in thepolitical system. In order to perform well, that function, administrative documents mustalways be drafted in the correct manner, strictly adhering to the language rules. One of theimportant points to note is the objectivity, and impartiality of this type of text. That is whythe presence of the expressive elements and the politeness of the vocativethis type of textstyle have distinct characteristics compared to most of other types of textual styles.
