Abstract

Nghe An province, with numerous villages and unequal economic development situations, has conducted a proper policy in the new-style rural area building in each village, which is highly appreciated by the Central Government. By 2019, 674 out of 1,339 villages in mountainous areas meeting new-style rural standards. However, the development of new-style rural areas in the mountainous villages in Nghe An province still faces many difficulties and limits of the awareness of part of local people and village officials; The new-style rural area building is still formal, and has not been put into practice with the emphasis of capital construction, limited resources for implementation of the program, and heavy debts in capital construction. There are not many models of production development to study and replicate... This paper aims to analyze results and limits, thereby to propose some solutions for new-style rural development in villages in the mountainous areas of Nghe An province
