PATTERNS AND SOLUTIONS FOR FDI CAPITAL INVESTMENT IN HANOI: PRINCIPAL THEORY OF PRACTICE

FDI attraction in Hanoi has achieved some results but has not created a breakthrough factor for the economy in the long run. Specially, Hanoi has potentials and advantages in compared with many other localities but has not attracted large FDI projects using high technology. Thus, effective FDI is still
limited, no attraction, spreading to the whole economy of the city. The questions of what to do and how to attract FDI capital are raised in order to achieve better
results, and higher efficiency to create a big change for the city. This article provides an assessment of the situation and suggests ideas that contribute to the clarification of such issues.
