Abstract

In recent years, climate change and sea level rise together with the decrease of water level in the river and the increase of salt intrusion in dry season in the coastal regions of Red River delta are challenges facing to water sector. Studies on the solutions to reduce the impact on agricultural production are very essential. The application of rainwater storage for irrigation, one of the solutions to reduce the shortage of water in dry season especially in the context of climate change and sea level rise, has been introduced in this paper.
