Cause analysis of cofferdam failure of the thermo-electricity works in Tra Vinh

Abstract

     Construction of coffer- dam for constructing main sea dike in case, that there are no methods to replace while construction of dike in the under water condition with high sea water level. The failure of cofferdam of sea dike construction of thermal Power Station of Travinh1 is best lesson to be learned from that in choosing of crest level of dike and construction process for coffer-dam as well as breakwater.
