Abstract

     Applying matlab/simulink to simulate the North Vietnam power system restore process has taken to main influence factors such as the participation level of the power plants on the system; stability of automatic generation control; power reserve. Suggestion: restore power subsystems at the same time in the subregions, with the participation of the new power plants.
