Assess irrigation management performance using Fuzzy Set Theory

Abstract

     Vietnam Academy for water resources In order to enhance irrigation management performance, there is a need to assess effectiveness of the irrigation systems managed by various management models, find out the strengtherness as well as weaknes to propose solutions to improve these irrigation management models. This paper introduces method of using Fuzzy Set Theory, a modern mathematic tool to assess objectively irrigation management performance.
