Research result of labor restructuring on the industrialization and urbanization stage of Hoai Duc province, Hanoi city

Abstract

    Our country is in the process of rural modernization and industrialization to become an industrialized country by 2020. Along economic restructuring, restructuring of labor needs to be done side by side with industrialization .

    This article gives a real situation of the labor restructuring in the process of rural modernization and industrialization that is strongly going on in Hoai Duc, Hanoi City. It is in the right direction but is going on at a slow pace so as not to match the speed of the economic restructuring of the district.
