Characterrization of water Hammer in water supply systems

Abstract

    The water hammer is a common phenomenon in many water supply systems, pumping systems, pipe pressure... If it is not identified, and the characteristics of the water and there are no reasonable measures and water hammer will cause works damaged. Therefore the study to determine the characteristics of water hammer includes (events, time, location and values of water hammer) from that proposed measures to combat and is indispensable.
