Evaluate surface water resources to mitigate and prevent drought - flood in Quangtri province

Abstract

   The drought - flood has become an urgent matter in the Central part of Vietnam, especially Quangtri province. In this study, surface water resources, water balance system and the threshold of water resources development were evaluated and calculated to propose some solutions to mitigate and prevent drought - flood in Quangtri province
