Water resources Exploitation and utilization issues in the Kone river basin

Abstract

   The water resources exploitation and utilization for social - economic activities in the Kone river basin meet difficulties because of the shortage of water resources in dry season. Main construction solutions have been proposed is using Dinhbinh reservoir's water. However, It still is enought for all demands. Therefore, river basin organization must be established to manage water resources exploitation and environment protection effectively. Beside of this, It is nessessary to invest finance in mending and building small structures as well as intesify to improve community's knowledge and protect environment with community's participation.
