Abstract

Development projects, inherently characterized by significant engineering interventions, have geographically-vast influences in water availability. Influences might be positive or negative to a concrete location of interest. However, to conduct a comprehensive assessment is not easy task and more importantly, is not sufficiently taken into consideration in planning and implementing steps. This paper presets changes of water resources in Vu Gia-Thu Bon downstream delta where developments projects massively implemented in the middle of the last decade.
